Job summary

Lakeville Area Schools (Independent School District No. 194) is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to lead district operations, facilities, support services, budgeting, and planning in line with the Strategic Plan.

The role requires collaboration across departments to meet student needs and district goals. The position is full-time and year-round, with a salary range of $170,000 to $180,000 annually, prorated for contracted days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Education Administration with emphasis in operations/facilities or equivalent
• Managerial skills including planning, budgeting, supervision, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Oversee district operations, facilities, support services, budgeting, and planning.
• Collaborate with all departments to determine staff needs and align with the District's Strategic Plan
