Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead its distribution facility operations in North America, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods aligned with production and customer service goals.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive Lean improvements, oversee freight and inventory, and maintain regulatory compliance while building a high-performing culture focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in distribution/logistics; 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution facility operations to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for distribution and transportation, including resource planning and workflow optimization.
• Directly manage onsite and extended teams to coordinate facilities, warehousing and logistics.
• Lead safety programs, investigations, and compliance with standards.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
• Oversee inbound/outbound freight, carrier performance, and budget management.
