Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Columbus, GA facility, driving safety, quality, service and cost objectives through lean practices.

You will lead a 24x7 operation, develop budgets, monitor costs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, with emphasis on on-time delivery, productivity, and inventory control. Requires 7+ years supervisory experience and ERP/SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in business administration, manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience in a 24X7 chemical industrial environment.
• Experience in cost reduction, Lean manufacturing principles, or continuous improvement.
• Experience in budgeting, fiscal management, and strategic planning/execution.
