Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service are essential.
• Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities are needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Experience in the door industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and collect/finalize job details for processing.
• Manage technicians' schedules to align with materials, billing, and ticket accuracy.
• Run and review department reports to meet customer expectations and commitments.
• Assist with billing paperwork and ensure billing requirements are met.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Collaborate with estimating to provide service quotes when needed.
• Support field technicians with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists for inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
