Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and short-term installation and service schedules.
• Coordinate technician assignments, labor, vehicles, and equipment based on priorities.
• Adjust schedules for changing project demands and emergency requests.
• Balance crew utilization and workload to maximize efficiency.
• Confirm material availability, site access, and crew readiness for projects.
• Provide backup support for the supervisor as needed.
• Communicate scheduling updates and project status to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Warehouse, and Field Leadership.
• Maintain scheduling records and dispatch activity in company systems.
• Process warranty claims, vendor requests, and manufacturer submissions.
• Assist with work order creation, updates, and documentation management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and fleet procedures.
