Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of dispatch, logistics coordination, scheduling experience.
• Experience in construction, service, installation, or field scheduling environments preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily and short-term installation and service schedules.
• Coordinate technician assignments, labor, vehicles, and equipment based on priorities.
• Communicate scheduling updates and project status to stakeholders.
• Maintain scheduling records and dispatch documentation for leadership reporting.
• Process warranty claims, quotes, and vendor requests; track status and approvals.
• Provide admin support to Operations and assist with onboarding and file management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fleet procedures, and company policies.
