Job summary

Automation Movers International is seeking a Field Service Dispatch Support Technician to coordinate field service operations from our Shelby Township facility. You will act as a liaison among dispatch, service engineers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely tool delivery, calibration, and contract support.

Responsibilities include managing warranty returns, processing orders in SAP/Salesforce, maintaining warehouse readiness, and assisting with deliveries after cutoff times.

Qualifications

• Technical Associate’s degree (A.A.) from an accredited two-year college plus 2 years related experience.
• Prior customer service experience via telephone or in person.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service logistics, tool calibration, and service contracts.
• Process warranty returns to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain warehouse service areas, readiness, and organize for field operations.
• Review requests and ensure timely delivery of PM and Tool Kits to worksites.
