RealTruck is seeking a Lead Dispatch and Compliance Administrator to oversee driver scheduling, compliance, and backhaul opportunities ensuring asset utilization and regulatory adherence. The role guides the dispatch team, analyzes performance, and maintains safety KPIs across FMCSA and DOT rules.

The position requires leadership experience in transportation, proficiency with routing software and TMS, and a focus on safety and efficiency in route execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation dispatch with 1+ year in leadership.
• 1+ year leadership experience in a transportation environment.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dispatch team in scheduling and dispatch of drivers.
• Lead backhaul projects and identify opportunities for assets.
• Create performance reports for driver appraisals and goals.
• Create KPIs to improve driver safety and performance.
• Monitor Driver locations for FMCSA/DOT compliance on Elogs.
• Cross-train and provide vacation coverage.
• Administer DOT Random Drug Testing program.
• Create training schedules for new hire drivers.
• Manage routing software and TMS applications.
