Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Lead Dispatch and Compliance Administrator to oversee driver scheduling, dispatch, and regulatory compliance with FMCSA and DOT requirements. The role leads backhaul initiatives to optimize asset use and ensures each delivery process aligns with company standards.

You will monitor driver safety, develop training and KPI reports, and manage routing/TMS tools. This is a leadership position requiring prior dispatch experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation dispatch, including leadership.
• 1+ year leadership experience, preferably in transportation.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dispatch team in scheduling and dispatch of drivers.
• Oversee backhaul projects to maximize asset utilization.
• Create performance reports and KPI tracking for drivers.
• Monitor driver locations for safety and FMCSA/DOT compliance on Elogs and paperwork.
• Manage routing software and TMS applications.
