Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of examiners and/or technical staff for disability claims.
• Monitor workload and provide training and direction on examiner reports.
• Perform quality reviews and ensure documentation and compliance with audit requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and provide written updates on claims as requested.
