Job summary

GSK seeks a Senior Director of US Decision Science & AI Innovation to lead analytic methods turning data into commercial decisions. The role spans marketing mix, next-best-action, and patient-level modeling, with responsibility for enterprise method certification and adoption across US Commercial.

You will guide the deployment of decision engines and omnichannel triggers, partnering with Insights & Analytics, data engineering, and Digital & Technology teams to drive value and ensure model

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Masters and PhD preferred.
• 12+ years of experience with hands on modeling.
• Experience deploying predictive analytics ML and/or information retrieval at scale.
• End to end model exploration, development, deployment and management.
• Experience translating analysis into insights and business impact.
• Commercial pharma methods in marketing mix modeling, next-best-action, patient-level predictive modeling or causal measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the certified method portfolio across marketing mix, actioning, triggering and causal measurement.
• Deploy methods through enterprise capabilities and ensure adoption.
• Operate as a player-coach, designing and building with hands-on involvement.
• Set and enforce method standards, documentation and reproducibility.
• Lead the applied AI agenda including agentic AI, generative AI and synthetic data.
• Ensure responsible AI, privacy and data-use compliance for patient-level data.
