Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Masters and PhD preferred.
• 12+ years of experience with hands on modeling.
• Experience deploying predictive analytics, ML and/or information retrieval at scale.
• End-to-end model exploration, development, deployment and management.
• Experience developing insights and storylines through analysis and modeling.
• Depth in commercial pharmaceutical methods - MMM, NBA, patient-level modeling or causal measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the certified method portfolio for marketing mix and investment optimization.
• Own deployment of methods through enterprise capabilities and ensure adoption.
• Operate as a player-coach: design, review and build with hands-on involvement.
• Set and enforce method standards including validation, versioning, and reproducibility.
• Lead the applied AI agenda across agentic AI, generative AI and synthetic data.
• Ensure methods meet Responsible AI, privacy, data-use requirements and governance.
