Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, US Decision Science & AI Innovation to shape and scale advanced analytics for commercial decision-making across the U.S. Remotely based, candidates must have deep modeling expertise and strategic leadership to drive predictive analytics adoption in a highly regulated environment.

The role collaborates with data engineering and technology teams to deliver reusable, validated solutions that improve insight quality and business impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and PhD preferred.
• 12+ years of hands-on modeling experience.
• Expertise in deploying predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms at scale.
• Proficiency in end-to-end model exploration, development, deployment, and management.
• Strong background in commercial pharmaceutical methods such as marketing mix modeling and causal measurement.
• Experience with generative or agentic AI in commercial pharma under enterprise governance.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the certified method portfolio for commercial analytics, ensuring reuse across brands.
• Lead the deployment of analytic methods through enterprise capabilities, driving user adoption.
• Act as a player-coach, contributing directly to the design and build of analytics solutions.
• Set and enforce standards for method validation, documentation, and reproducibility.
• Drive the applied AI agenda, overseeing the prototyping pipeline for new techniques.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI and data-use requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to optimize analytic capabilities.
