West Monroe seeks a Director of Treasury Management and Payments to guide senior client executives in transforming treasury, payments, and commercial banking capabilities. You will shape operating models, technology roadmaps, and customer experiences while leading complex engagements and expanding market presence.

Will mentor teams, develop offerings, and partner across practices. Travel 25–50% and manage a broad, national client base with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

• Extensive Financial Services consulting experience with treasury and payments focus.
• Proven ability to lead executive relationships and revenue growth.
• Experience delivering large transformation programs across banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives on treasury, payments and banking priorities.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs covering operating model, product strategy and modernization.
• Oversee engagement scope, staffing, risk, and executive communications.
• Develop technology roadmaps, data-driven recommendations, and AI-enabled insights.
• Drive revenue through origination, proposals, pricing, and executive presentations.
• Mentor consultants and foster cross-practice collaboration.
