Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• - 3–5+ years in Financial Services and professional services consulting with client delivery.
• - Commercial Lending experience in Financial Services is desirable.
• - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication with clients at all levels.
• - Experience leading teams and managing project budgets and risks.
• - Proven ability to drive organizational change and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored solutions for banking clients across lending, treasury, risk and regulatory areas.
• Mentor junior consultants and help grow the Banking practice.
• Collaborate with clients to design operating models, optimize costs, and implement technology solutions.
• Guide projects through SDLC, manage scope, time, and budget, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
