You will translate business needs into practical solutions and support operating models, processes, and data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years of combined financial services consulting experience.
• Experience in commercial lending, treasury management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements development, and change management.
• Exposure to major banking platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements across banking transformations.
• Gather and document business requirements and map processes.
• Apply knowledge of banking processes to improve operations.
• Independently drive deliverables to completion and manage risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate value of solutions.
• Contribute to research, proposals, and reusable tools.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and insights.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance insights and delivery efficiency.
