You will oversee a team of Customer Development Managers and Territory Sales Representatives, shaping strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience building high-performing sales organizations in the consumer-packaged

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in consumer-packaged goods or related industries.
• 5+ years of sales leadership and people management experience.
• Proven experience managing distributor relationships and retail channels.
• Experience with DSD distribution models and route-to-market management preferred.
• Strong skills in forecast, pricing, contract negotiations, and business planning.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute annual sales plans and long-term growth for Mi Rancho retail and distributor networks.
• Lead distributor strategy, onboarding, performance management, and growth planning.
• Manage key retail customer relationships, pricing, contracts, and growth initiatives.
• Coach and develop Customer Development Managers and Territory Sales Representatives.
• Oversee budgeting, profitability, and return on investment of sales initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial objectives with operations.
