You will lead a team of Customer Development Managers and Territory Sales Representatives, shaping go-to-market strategies and distributor partnerships to expand coverage and improve execution. Responsibilities include developing annual business plans, managing budgets and profitability, and collaborating with cross-functional

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience; leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and retail channels.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and budget management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual sales plans and long-range growth for Mi Rancho retail and distributor networks.
• Lead distributor strategy, onboarding, performance management, and long-term growth.
• Oversee customer development, key accounts, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Coach and develop a high-performing sales team; establish performance expectations.
• Identify new distribution opportunities and drive go-to-market expansion.
• Manage budgets, pricing, trade investments, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Travel as needed (~25%).
