Job summary

Benefit is seeking a Director of Talent & Organizational Development to shape how we attract, grow, engage, and mobilize talent globally. This role unites talent acquisition, development, learning and organizational effectiveness into a single, integrated function designed to drive business growth and people success.

Reporting to the VP, this leader translates business priorities into practical talent strategies, modern development experiences, and scalable programs that strengthen capability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across talent acquisition, development, organizational effectiveness, and related disciplines.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and leading through change.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise-wide talent frameworks, programs, and processes aligned to business priorities.
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated talent and organizational development strategies aligned with business priorities and future workforce needs.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential acceleration.
• Build modern learning programs to strengthen manager effectiveness and performance.
• Partner with leaders to diagnose opportunities and improve team effectiveness and operating models.
• Use data to generate insights, measure impact, and guide decisions.
• Lead and develop teams responsible for talent acquisition, development, learning, and organizational development.
