Job summary

StandardAero in Dallas, TX seeks a Director of Supply Chain Program & Material Planning to lead the material planning strategy for the CFM56 program. You will oversee demand and supply planning, master scheduling, and inventory optimization to support engine and MRO activities with cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive planning process standardization, implement ERP/MRP capabilities, and develop KPIs to improve forecast accuracy and material availability, partnering with Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in Material Planning or Operations Planning.
• 5+ years direct leadership in material planning or supply chain planning.
• Experience with MRP/ERP planning systems to manage parameters, demand planning, inventory, and master data.
• Experience with inventory optimization, safety stock, lead times, and replenishment strategies.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methods.
• Experience in aerospace or MRO environments with relevant regulations (FAA/EASA Part 145, AS9100, ITAR)

Responsibilities

• Lead Material Planning for the CFM56 Program and build a high-performing team of planners.
• Establish best practices for demand planning, supply planning, master scheduling, and inventory management.
• Own end-to-end material planning translating production requirements into material requirements.
• Partner with Enterprise SIOP to align demand, capacity, and financial objectives.
• Develop robust forecasts and planning KPIs for material availability and schedule attainment.
• Standardize Material Planning processes, systems, and governance with Global Supply Chain.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve accuracy, productivity, and inventory performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and OEMs to ensure supply continuity.
