Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 5-7 years of progressive management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Word and Excel; data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft materials and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personnel training compliance regarding safe handling of materials.
• Adhere to customer-specific material procedures and HazMat policies.
• Procure raw materials from certified vendors meeting FAA requirements.
• Verify materials meet quality standards for receiving inspection.
• Oversee supply chain, storage facilities, and shipping processes.
• Oversee budget management for shop supplies, tooling, facilities, and GSE.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure audit compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations.
