Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Director, Supplemental Benefits Strategy & Transformation to lead a new Strategy & Transformation team and drive cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.

The role partners with senior leaders to shape governance, operating model design, and analytics, delivering tangible business value for Medicare Advantage members. You will build capabilities, manage a portfolio of high-priority programs, and transition mature processes to Shared Services while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in strategy, transformation, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy & transformation initiatives across the Supplemental Benefits portfolio.
• Develop clear roadmaps, ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and lead a new Strategy & Transformation team (4–5 members).
• Partner with Humana senior leaders to translate insights into executable plans.
