Humana seeks a Director, Supplemental Benefits Strategy & Transformation to build and lead a new team responsible for strategy, transformation, and cross-portfolio initiatives across Humana's Supplemental Benefits organization.

The role partners with senior leadership to translate regulatory, financial, and member-experience factors into clear recommendations and roadmaps, with accountable execution and measurable outcomes. Remote-friendly, US-wide opportunities available.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, or healthcare strategy/ops.
• 2+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or related healthcare services.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to implementation.
• Strong analytical, financial, and executive-communication capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-priority strategic and transformation initiatives spanning multiple benefits, vendors, and functions.
• Structure ambiguous problems into hypotheses, analyses, workstreams, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop fact-based recommendations and executable roadmaps with clear ownership.
• Build and lead the Strategy & Transformation team to scale capabilities.
