Ash Grove Cement, part of the CRH family, seeks a Sr. Director to lead the centralized Shared Services finance function, including credit, collections, accounts receivable, treasury, and payroll-related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• 7+ years in finance shared services, treasury, or accounting operations leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the newly created Shared Services function.
• Oversee the credit and collections function and manage working capital.
• Manage treasury including cash forecasting and banking relationships.
• Oversee accounts receivable cash receipts and monthly reporting to partners.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
