This role leads strategic initiatives across market development, product development, and technical services while collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Remote work is supported, with significant travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in cementitious materials; 5+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor/Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of cementitious materials markets, applications, and supply chains.
• Understanding of concrete mix designs and relevant industry standards (ACI, ASTM/AASHTO).
• Travel 25-50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes ACM's enterprise market development strategy and lead generation across cementitious product lines.
• Leads market analysis, competitive intelligence, and demand forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversees contract negotiations and long-term supply agreements with customers and partners.
• Builds and develops a high-performing, geographically distributed commercial team.
• Represents ACM with key stakeholders, industry groups, and regulatory bodies.
