Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining, geology, or engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of mining operations experience.
• Minimum of 5 years as a quarry supervisor preferred.
• Proficient in English; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Establish job responsibilities, goals, and performance standards for quarry staff.
• Oversee maintenance and inspections of quarry equipment.
• Monitor rock production to meet manufacturing needs.
• Coordinate with plant management on project priorities.
• Prepare budgets and oversee quarry expenditures.
