Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, seeks a Director of Business Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture & Integrations to lead data strategy and analytics across the Americas cementitious materials organization. You will shape data models, governance, and architecture while driving standardized, secure data solutions.

Lead BI initiatives with Power BI, Fabric, Azure Data Services, and SQL, advancing predictive analytics, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in enterprise architecture, data, BI, or integration services.
• Leadership of enterprise architecture initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the enterprise data strategy and analytics roadmap.
• Lead BI, reporting, and analytics using Power BI, Fabric, Azure Data Services, and SQL.
• Define enterprise KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Advance predictive, data-driven decision making and data literacy.
• Oversee enterprise architecture standards and integration across systems.
