Ash Grove Cement Company in Overland Park, KS seeks a Senior Director of Shared Services (Construction) to lead the centralized finance shared services including accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and controls. The role drives standardization, automation, and efficiency across the organization.

You will manage cash forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital while ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years related experience; 7+ years in shared services or treasury leadership.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and financial statement analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Shared Services function; set standards for accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee credit and collections; optimize working capital and collections.
• Manage treasury including cash forecasting and banking relationships.
• Oversee accounts receivable cash inflows and other cash movements.
• Direct installation and improvement of accounting, payroll, and payables systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the business.
• Ensure SOX compliance.
• Develop goals and procedures for shared services operations.
• Provide regular reporting to CFO and leadership.
