Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, seeks a Director of Business Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture & Integrations to lead data strategy and architecture across North America. You will guide BI platforms, governance, and ERP/CRM integrations while expanding analytics capabilities to drive growth and security.

You will mentor architects and BI professionals, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and partner with executives to align technology with business goals. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in enterprise architecture, data, BI, or integration services.
• Minimum 5 years leading enterprise architecture, data, BI, or integration services.
• Up to 25% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the enterprise data strategy, data models, and data governance.
• Lead BI, reporting and analytics using Power BI, Fabric, Azure Data Services, and SQL.
• Define integration standards, APIs, event-based architectures, and data exchange mechanisms.
