Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls on industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Experience with major capital projects, contract strategies, and project management tools like SAP, Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, risk management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee project control strategies, including cost, schedule, resource planning, change management, risk mitigation, and compliance with Lilly finance policies.
• Lead and train project control teams across cross-functional and contractor groups.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
