Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director – Project Management for Global Facilities Delivery. This role leads teams delivering large capital programs (>$1BN) from front-end planning through validation, ensuring asset capability, safety, cost, schedule and quality.

Required are a BS in engineering, 10+ years in capital project delivery, and preferably Pharma experience with GMP and project controls expertise. Travel and relocation to project locations are expected.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience on projects >$100MM and greenfield projects preferred.
• Pharma manufacturing experience with capital projects is a plus.
• Strong skills in GMP, LEAN, automation, safety and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver large capital asset programs ($1BN+) safely and on time.
• Apply disciplined project management, manage scope changes, and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with GFD leadership, governance teams and partners across regions.
• Develop safety and environmental plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure program execution complies with company policies and quality requirements.
