Lilly located in Indianapolis seeks an Advisor, Project Controls Engineer within Global Facilities Delivery to steward budgeting, cost control, earned value, change and risk management for a global capital portfolio.

The role drives governance, process improvement, and capability development to enable successful project delivery and business value, coordinating with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project control, quantity surveying, or similar.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship by Lilly.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Project Controls processes across the capital portfolio.
• Budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and risk management responsibilities.
• Develop standards, SOPs, templates, and guidance for consistency and compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, engineering, construction, or related field
