Job summary

Lilly seeks an accomplished Project Controls Leader to manage mega-capital programs globally from concept to closeout. You will build and lead high-performing teams, align project controls with business goals, and ensure stringent cost, schedule, and risk management across the portfolio.

You will engage senior leaders, drive governance, and deliver transparent reporting using SAP, Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, and Power BI. Location: flexible project sites; relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of project controls experience on mega programs.
• Expert-level cost management, scheduling, forecasting, change and risk management for billion-dollar projects.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional project controls teams on large capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project controls organizations delivering mega-capital programs over $1B.
• Translate enterprise objectives into actionable controls strategies for cost, schedule, and value.
• Direct all cost, schedule, risk, change, forecasting, and cash flow processes across lifecycles.
• Champion enterprise standards, governance, and digital solutions across portfolios.
• Engage senior leaders to provide independent insight and strategic guidance.
