Job summary

Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery organization seeks an experienced Project Controls Lead to manage large capital programs from front-end planning to cradle-to-grave delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, establish baselines, and drive cost, schedule, and risk controls on projects around $500M USD and above.

Strong financial acumen and leadership are essential. Required are a Bachelor's in a related field and 8+ years in project controls, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead project control teams to deliver large capital programs.
• Establish cost, schedule and resource baselines and monitor progress.
• Influence contract strategy, change control and risk management.
• Monitor costs, forecast cash flows and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Lilly finance policies across projects.
