Lilly seeks a seasoned Project Controls Leader to drive oversight of cost, schedule, and risk on major capital projects. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, construction, and qualification to deliver asset capability safely, on time, and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project controls, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP, Oracle Unifier, and Primavera P6. Willingness to relocate/travel and contribute to company-wide standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead project controls strategy within assigned scope and set clear priorities.
• Direct project controls teams to deliver large capital programs (≥$500MM USD).
• Ensure compliance with standard processes and drive consistency.
• Establish baselines for cost, schedule, and resources; manage changes and risk.
• Train and lead project control teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure Lilly finance policies are properly applied on capital projects.
