This role reports to executive leadership and collaborates with product, engineering, and public affairs teams to drive messaging, launches, and developer community communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product or technology communications, in-house at a tech company.
• Proven ability to build product brands and strategic narratives ahead of announcements.
• Deep relationships with Tier 1 tech and business media across infrastructure, fintech, or payments.

Responsabilités

• Own media narrative for Circle’s platforms, including Arc, Circle Agent Stack, and Circle Payments Network.
• Lead product launch communications, media relationships, and executive positioning.
• Embed with product teams early to shape narratives before pre-launch.
• Manage stage presence, conferences, and thought leadership for product leaders.
• Maintain crisis readiness and collaborate with Public Affairs on reputation management.
