Circle is seeking a Director of Product & Technology Communications to own the media narrative for Arc, Circle Agent Stack, and related platforms. You will work closely with product teams, manage launches, and shape messaging for customers, developers, and journalists as Circle expands its role in the future of money and commerce.
This SF/PAO-based role emphasizes strategic storytelling and media leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product or technology communications
- Proven track record building product brands
- Deep relationships with Tier-1 technology/business media
- Experience with developer-facing products/platforms
- Familiarity with AI agent landscape and media coverage
- Strong technical fluency translating tech to media positioning
- Experience developing executive thought leadership programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High-autonomy with strategic initiative
- Based in San Francisco or Palo Alto
Responsibilities
- Owns company media narrative for Circle’s platforms and products
- Lead product launch communications, media relationships, and stage presence
- Embed with product org early in planning to shape narratives
- Set media strategy and execution for Arc and major launches
- Develop speaking opportunities and messaging for Circle’s leaders
- Manage top-tier tech media relationships and press pipelines
- Collaborate on developer communications for Arc ecosystem
- Partner with Public Affairs on crisis and issues management
- Architect AI-powered communications workflows
- Model independent, fluent narrative ownership across teams
