Job summary

Circle is seeking a Director of Product & Technology Communications to own the company’s media narrative for Arc, Circle Agent Stack, Circle Payments Network, and related platforms. The role partners with product teams, guiding communications from roadmap through launches and press engagements.

Based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, you will shape how Circle is seen by customers, reporters, and developers, building a long-term, platform-centric story in the evolving AI and agentic economy

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product or technology communications, in-house at a tech company.
• Track record of building product brands with forward-looking narrative strategy.
• Deep relationships with Tier 1 technology and business media covering infrastructure, developer platforms, fintech, or payments.

Responsibilities

• Own Circle's media narrative for Arc Platform, Agent Stack, and related products.
• Lead product launch communications, media relationships, and executive positioning.
• Embed with product teams early to shape narratives before announcement day.
