Job summary

Circle is a premier internet financial platform shaping programmable money infrastructure. We are seeking a Director of Product & Technology Communications to own our media narrative for Arc, Circle Agent Stack, and related products, embedding with product teams from roadmapping through launches.

This role leads relationships with top-tier tech and business media, builds executive thought leadership, and designs communications workflows to scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product or technology communications, with in-house experience at a tech company.
• Proven ability to build product brands over time and plan narratives ahead of announcements.
• Deep relationships with Tier 1 technology and business media.
• Experience communicating to builder communities and mainstream press.
• Familiarity with AI and agentic economy media; able to translate complex tech into media-ready messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop Arc's long-horizon public narrative as a platform for coordinating economic activity.
• Own Circle's agentic-economy narrative with press and conference audiences.
• Embed with product teams early to shape narratives before launch.
• Set media strategy and execution for Arc launches and platform milestones.
• Develop messaging for Circle's leaders and manage executive prep for media.
• Collaborate with communities team on developer communications for Arc ecosystem.
