Job summary

Circle is seeking a Director of Product & Technology Communications to own the company’s media narrative across Arc, Circle Agent Stack, Circle Payments Network, and related platforms. The role partners with product leadership to shape launch storytelling and external messaging.

Based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, you will embed with the product organization, manage press relationships, and guide executive thought leadership as Circle expands in the agentic economy and broader fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product or technology communications at a technology company.
• Demonstrable track record of building product brands and narrative strategy ahead of announcements.
• Deep relationships with Tier 1 technology and business media.
• Experience with developer-facing products or platforms and builder communities.
• Familiarity with AI agent landscape and programmable money infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own Circle's media narrative for Arc, Circle Agent Stack, and related platforms.
• Lead product launch communications, media relationships, and stage presence.
• Embed with the product organization early in development cycles to shape narratives.
• Develop and own media strategy for major launches and platform milestones.
• Build executive thought leadership programs and manage briefing materials.
