Job summary

Circle is seeking a Director of Product & Technology Communications to own the company’s media narrative across its platforms, including Arc and Circle Payments Network. You will partner with product leadership, shape launch communications, and manage relationships with top tech media and reporters.

The role requires embedding with product teams early in planning, developing executive thought leadership, and coordinating with public affairs on crisis and issues management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product or technology communications at a technology company.
• Proven ability to build product brands and narratives ahead of announcements.
• Deep relationships with Tier 1 technology and business media.
• Experience communicating to builder/technical communities alongside mainstream press.
• Familiarity with AI agent landscape and programmable money infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high autonomy.
