Job summary

Imperative Care in Campbell, California is seeking a Director Procurement & Planning to oversee supplier relationships and end-to-end procurement and planning processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible supply chain or procurement management experience.
• 3+ years of managerial experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels and manage external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier relationships and planning processes from development to commercial release.
• Develop and manage policies and processes for Procurement and Planning.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance of internal and external partners.
• Partner with Finance to own procurement budgets and materials responsibilities.
• Ensure timely acquisition of materials and alignment with product development and R&D.
• Identify risks and scale solutions with business growth.
• Drive continuous process improvements for predictability and efficiency.
• Set annual goals and manage team performance to meet objectives.
• Provide leadership and develop the team’s capabilities.
