Job summary

EmergencyMD in Arizona seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations across procurement, production planning, inventory control and supplier performance. You will align with Operations, Finance, Sales and Quality to ensure material availability, optimize costs, and sustain manufacturing throughput.

The role supervises Purchasing, Materials and Scheduling teams, drives continuous improvement, ensures cGMP-related compliance, and reports on key metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system proficiency.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business and manufacturing objectives.
• Lead Purchasing, Materials Management, Inventory Control, and Production Scheduling.
• Manage procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies.
• Develop supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance to support planning, forecasting, and material availability.
• Optimize inventory levels while minimizing shortages, excess inventory, and supply chain risk.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement, planning, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and procurement procedures.
• Monitor and report key supply chain performance metrics.
• Support new product launches and manage obsolete or excess inventory.
