Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life sciences, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in clinical supply or pharma supply chain roles.
• Experience with clinical study designs, blinding practices and global trials from Phase 1 to late-phase.
• Advanced Excel skills and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate protocols into IMP demand and supply planning requirements.
• Forecast 9– to 18-month demand and supply and translate into packaging and resupply plans.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and expiry risk.
• Identify supply chain opportunities and risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform tasks in systems (e.g., IRT, Veeva) to support IMP progression.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and record-keeping at depots.
• Obtain and review quotes, approve requisitions, and reconcile invoices.
• Establish and maintain planning processes and SOPs.
• Partner with Logistics management to monitor shipping issues and escalate as needed.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Ops, and other teams.
