You will lead supplier negotiations, develop comprehensive sourcing strategies, and guide value analyses to deliver measurable financial and clinical benefits. This role requires collaboration with clinicians and supply chain leaders to align evidence-based decisions with client priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sourcing experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience leading Physician Preference Item (PPI) / Clinical sourcing and value analysis.
• Strong negotiation and contract development skills.
• Advanced analytics, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client priorities and market opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle: RFIs, RFPs, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Present strategies and savings to executive leadership and drive implementation.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to resolve complex issues.
• Apply AI fluency to enhance decision-making and value realization.
