Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare.
Laboratory diagnostics or lab operations context is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations.
Advanced analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client priorities and market opportunities.
Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle: RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracts.
Negotiate complex supplier agreements and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Assess supplier capabilities and risks; provide strategic sourcing recommendations.
Lead value analysis committees and present recommendations to leadership.
Analyze spend and data to identify opportunities and ensure value realization.
Apply AI to improve decision-making and analytics in sourcing decisions.
