You will manage national agreements, optimize financial and operational performance, and grow the portfolio through innovative contracting opportunities. You will collaborate with suppliers, clients, and cross-functional teams to strengthen partnerships, drive contract adoption, and develop solutions that deliver

Qualifications

• Degree preferred; relevant experience required (5+ years).
• Experience in category management, sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Healthcare consulting/operations experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop category strategies, sourcing plans and roadmaps to optimize value.
• Lead supplier negotiations and development/execution of national agreements.
• Manage a moderate-to-high complexity portfolio aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with Clinical & Patient Care Center of Excellence and cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships through reviews and growth planning.
• Analyze pricing, spend, market intelligence and trends for category decisions.
• Develop budgets, revenue forecasts, and performance measures.
• Identify emerging categories and contracting opportunities via market research.
• Lead development, launch and optimization of new agreements to expand capabilities.
• Create category communications and strategic recommendations for clients.
