Qualifications

• Advanced analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• 7+ years of relevant experience; healthcare/procurement background preferred.
• Experience leading Physician Preference Item (PPI)/Clinical sourcing and value analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligning client priorities with market opportunities.
• Lead the complete sourcing lifecycle including RFIs, RFPs, negotiations, and contract development.
• Negotiate complex contractual, operational, service, and financial agreements with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, financial stability, and market positioning for strategic sourcing.
• Partner with legal, contracting, finance, and operations to resolve sourcing issues.
• Lead value analysis committees and facilitate stakeholder alignment for evidence-based decisions.
• Present sourcing strategies, financial analyses, and implementation plans to executives.
• Analyze spend, utilization, and market data to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Measure outcomes including savings, value realization, and supply assurance.
• Apply advanced AI fluency to improve strategy and decision-making.
