This role delivers strategic consultation and execution support to senior leaders, directing major programs and cross-functional initiatives with significant organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in the specialty area with demonstrated ability to lead complex programs, provide expert guidance, and influence decisions across functions or business units. Typically 12+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to translate business strategy into workforce plans, organization design actions, talent priorities, and effective people practices.
• Provides guidance on organizational effectiveness, performance management, succession planning, engagement, and workforce challenges within assigned client groups.
• Coordinates with specialist People & Culture teams to implement enterprise programs, solve business issues, and support manager capability.
• Interprets policies and employment practices and helps leaders apply them consistently in corporate and operational settings.
• Uses workforce data and business context to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Leads major programs, strategic initiatives, or expert‑level work requiring significant judgment, policy interpretation, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Develops frameworks, standards, or policies that improve consistency, governance, scalability, and decision quality.
• Provides advanced advisory support to leaders and partners on complex issues within the specialty area.
