Engage Partners Inc. seeks a Director of Patient Access & Financial Clearance to lead front-end Revenue Cycle operations across a hospital system.

The role focuses on standardizing workflows, establishing governance, and driving performance while ensuring operational readiness for MEDITECH Expanse. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in hospital Revenue Cycle or Patient Access, strong leadership, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve patient experience and revenue

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare Revenue Cycle or Patient Access experience, with hospital focus.
• Experience transforming or redesigning Patient Access or Financial Clearance operations.
• Strong knowledge of registration, eligibility, authorization, estimates, POS collections and denial prevention.

Responsabilités

• Lead Patient Access and Financial Clearance functions across the health system.
• Build standardized workflows, operating procedures, controls, and accountability structures.
• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and staff with measurable results.
• Establish enterprise-wide authorization governance and standards.
• Develop KPIs and use data to improve performance and reduce front-end denials.
• Partner with IT, Finance, clinical leadership, Managed Care, HIM, Revenue Integrity, and Patient Financial Services to optimize workflows.
• Serve as the Revenue Cycle business owner for Patient Access and Financial Clearance with MEDITECH Expanse responsibilities.
• Lead workflow redesign, technology implementation, and organizational change while maintaining daily operations.
